We built a three bedroom home on this 600 sqm section. In this particular instance we built on piles but we also specialise in concrete slab construction. The 150 sq m home contained a large open plan kitchen with one bathroom and ensuite for the master bedroom.

The home was built on time and to budget.

The home is enclosed and the roof is on. The cladding goes on and below is the finished article painted (below) and almost complete.

We have excellent relationships with some of New Zealand's most respected building materials suppliers, and we are able to purchase materials and fittings at a more favourable rate and pass these savings on to you.

The owner asked for an internal decking area (above) to give the home more inside/outside living.

The home finished and ready to move in (right). We take away the worry because we can take care of everything, including permits, resource consents, planning issues, engineering, drainage and geotechnical reports when necessary.
